C2H4 offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Request
Access our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.
Ship Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
